1702 - Very unexpectedly, Anne Stuart, the sister of the childless Mary II, becomes Queen regnant of England, Scotland and Ireland after the death of William III of Orange. I wonder, did Queen Anne have nice legs?

1782 - Gnadenhütten massacre: Almost 100 Native Americans in Gnadenhutten, Ohio had their skulls crushed with mallets by Pennsylvanian militiamen. You know, I hear all of these people complaining about racism. The white man did far worse things to the Native Americans than to African Americans. Whitey shows up, learns how to survive from them, starts murdering them, makes the survivors move, and sets up shop to take over. And we think alien movies are so bad. If it were not for the Native Americans, the white man would not have survived in the 1600's on this continent. Why is that never brought up? Native Americans deserve our respect and don't even ask for that. I respect you Native Americans. You have a friend here.
